Nathan Harr
Vice President of the Central Region
Nathan graduated with honors from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas with a degree in Economics and Business and has been with the Property Frameworks team since 2013. He has experience at each level of our organization as a Triage member, Property Manager and Senior Property Manager. Nathan currently holds the title of Regional Operations Manager for our largest market and is responsible for our entire property management team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is constantly working to make sure his team is providing our clients and tenants with the highest quality of customer service and expertise within the rental home market.

Tricia Zane
Senior Regional Manager
As a Senior Regional Manager for HomeRiver Group, Tricia oversees the Tulsa, OKC, Memphis, Chattanooga, Kansas City, Indiana, Ohio and Illinois markets. She chose a career change from a lengthy career in retail management to real estate in 2014. Her passion for customer service and taking care of people enabled a smooth career transition. Tricia’s work experience includes senior management in home improvement retail where she gained expertise in customer service and leadership which she applies to her property management career daily. She has advanced her career from a property manager, to regional manager to senior regional manager. When away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Lindsay Hunter
Regional Manager
Lindsay obtained her bachelor’s degree in business development administration at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford OK. She then moved to Tulsa where she began her property management career with CBRE, Inc... In her 12 years of property management she has managed multifamily, retail, office, and industrial real estate. She obtained her real estate license in 2017. Lindsay relocated from Tulsa to Oklahoma City to be closer to family. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband, family, and three dogs. She is excited to bring her positive energy and love of real estate to the HomeRiver Group team.

Veronica Algerio
Senior Property Manager - Tulsa
Veronica has been with HomeRiver Group, formerly ONEprop, since 2015. Prior to the property management, Veronica worked for Home Depot for 18 years. She brought her strong customer service and organizational skills and applied them to the challenges of managing properties in the South Tulsa region. Veronica is bilingual (Spanish) and a licensed realtor in the state of Oklahoma. In her leisure time, Veronica enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Vikki Walker
Property Manager
Vikki has been in the housing industry for numerous years, starting in leasing and progressing into sales and management. She excelled at sales, earning the Red Award for Outstanding Production her first year. Vikki’s prior work experience was in accounting, where she gained valuable skills in organization, attention to detail and accuracy. She has been married for 25 years and enjoys traveling, watching her kids play sports and anything home improvement related.
